Bi-Annual Projects
This is a hands-on community revitalization and youth engagement project led by WERK On Me Inc. Its purpose is to unite volunteers, youth, professionals, and partners to restore, uplift, and reimagine underserved spaces while directly connecting families to long-term WERK programs, resources, and development opportunities.

These spaces are community-focused ecosystems designed to bring education, recreation, housing, workforce development, and community resources together in one place. Through our Pocket, Center and Campus models, we are creating environments where youth, families, and residents can learn, grow, connect, and access opportunities that improve their quality of life.
