Prep WERK Career Readiness & Mentorship is a six-session experience designed to help high school students discover their strengths, build confidence, set meaningful goals, and understand how their education connects to future career and life opportunities. Through interactive activities, vision boards, financial literacy, career exploration, professional skill-building, and visits to local employers, students gain practical tools and real-world exposure to help them prepare for success beyond high school. Participants also receive 12 months of complimentary access to Prep WERK Online, offering continued career development, mentorship, and industry networking opportunities.
